As a third option, in order to view a series of drawings, I made a drawing viewer viewer viewer which opens in a new window. At the top is a film-strip. If the mouse is over it, arrow buttons are shown. Clicking them will move the strip, if there are additional images in the respective direction. Clicking on an image will display the corresponding drawing in the view area. At the bottom is the same control area as on the other pages. I only could get this to work for WebKit browsers like Safari and the dragging only works on a computer and not on a tablet or phone.
